Service Description

At Pinewood Christmas Tree Farm, you'll have access to either a red or green truck (depending on the day) as well as photos amongst the Christmas trees. FAQs: Q: How many people can you accommodate? How many sessions should I book? A: Mini sessions are good for immediate family members up to 5 people. If you have a family size greater than 5, please contact me before booking. I want to provide the best experience possible, and depending on the ages and nature of your children, we may need to book two sessions. Also, if any of your children has special needs or requires more time to warm up, you may want to consider booking two sessions. *** Parties of 8 or more must talk to me first before booking - the farm has rules about large family sizes. Q: If I love all my images, can I purchase more than 5? A: YES! Additional images are $20 each, or the full gallery is available for $99. You can also pre-purchase the full gallery at booking for a discounted rate. Q: When should I arrive? A: Please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your chosen session time. If you are late to your session, the time cannot be made up. There are no refunds if you arrive late and we cannot complete the session or if we don't have enough images due to late arrival. Q: Can I reschedule my mini session date? A: Yes, if there is another date and time available you may reschedule if you give 7 days notice, to allow me to re-book your spot. For each reschedule there is a $25 admin fee. No reschedules if you're less than 7 days from your session. Q: If I am late or cannot make it, can I get a refund or apply the fee to future sessions? A: Due to the nature of mini sessions or limited edition sessions, no refunds will be given (unless the photographer has to cancel). Q: What happens if the weather is bad on my chosen date? A: In the event of illness, or inclement weather to the point where the farm closes, sessions will be rescheduled. If you're unable to attend the new rain date, the payment will be applied toward a future session (such as sunflowers, Christmas, or a just a general session). *If Photographer must cancel, then a full refund will be given. Q: Can I edit my own images? A: You are hiring me because you love my artistry! Please do not edit or alter your images in any way as it is not representative of my work.
